【摘要】 目的　验证质子泵抑制剂兰索拉唑对十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法　选择十二指肠溃疡 4 7例 ,其中 2 4例为观察组应用兰索拉唑 30mg ,1次 /d口服 ;另 2 3例为对照组用雷尼替丁 1 5 0mg ,2次 /d口服 ,治疗 4周。结果　观察组溃疡愈合 2 1例 ,显效 2例 ,有效 1例 ,愈合率为 95 8% ;对照组愈合 1 3例 ,显效 2例 ,有效 5例 ,无效 3例 ,愈合率为 6 5 2 %。结论　兰索拉唑为第 2代PPI ,抑酸能力强 ,对十二指肠溃疡效果较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical curative effect of lansoprazole to treat the duodenal ulcer. Methods 47 cases of such patient were divided into 2 groups. 24 cases were treated with lansoprazole for 4 weeks and 23 cases were treated with ranitidine as control group. Results 21 cases was healed, 2 cases good effect, 1 case effect with healing rate of 95.8% in therapy group. 13 cases was healed, 2 cases good effect, 5 cases effect with healing rate of 62.5% in control group. Conclusion Lansoprazole is second generation of PPI that could treat duodeenal ulcer with strong inhibiting acid.更多还原
