【摘要】 目的　观察上颌前方牵引和扩弓联合矫治对生长发育中的安氏Ⅲ类骨性错牙合的影响。方法　对1 5例混合牙列期上颌发育不足为主的骨性Ⅲ类错牙合儿童进行快速扩弓和前方牵引治疗 ,选择与年龄、人数及错牙合程度相匹配的未治疗患者做对照。应用Paneherz法 ,比较 2组治疗前后的头影测量变化。结果　经过治疗实验组无论上颌还是下颌均比对照组有明显的变化。实验组上颌比对照前移 1 9mm ,覆盖增大 3 5mm ,下颌前移减少 2 1mm ,通过wits值测量 ,矢状关系上颌增加 4 0mm ,A点前移。结论　快速扩弓和前方牵引有利于混合牙列期Ⅲ类错牙合患者的骨骼和侧面外形改变更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hard tissue changes of class Ⅲ patients treated with maxillary protraction and rapid palatal expansion.Methods fifteen patients were included All patients were treated with rapid maxillary expansion and facemask.The changes of hard tissue were compared with the effects of growth in untreated,matched controls.Results The treated groups showed significant changes in both maxilla and mandible.The maxilla of treated groups grew forward 1.9 mm than the controls.Overjet increased 3.5 mm A point move forward.sigificantly.Conclusion These results suggest that a rapid maxillary expansion and facemask is effective for correcting anterior crossbite with a retruded maxilla in the mixed dentition.更多还原
