【摘要】 目的　观察葛根素治疗 2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变的疗效。方法　选择 6 4例 2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变病人 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,观察治疗前及治疗后 2组症状改善 ,神经传导速度 (MNCV、SNCV)的情况。结果　治疗组临床症状、MNCV、SNCV ,较对照组均有明显好转 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　葛根素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好 ,且有良好的安全性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of puerarin on the type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) accompanying peripheral neuropathy patients. Methods 64 cases of T2DM patient accompanying peripheral neuropathy were chosen and divided into therapy group and control group randomly. Then the symptom changes and MNCV, SNCV of each group before and after treatment, and differences between the groups after treatment had be observed. Results It was observed that the symptom, MNCV and SNCV of the therapy group were better improved evidently than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Good effects and safety could be achieved on curing of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients by using puerarin.更多还原
