【摘要】 目的　探讨肛管直肠周围脓肿的治疗方法与临床预后。方法　采用脓肿切开引流与引流加挂线方式治疗。结果　本组 35例痊愈 ,无 1例发生肛瘘等并发症。结论　肛管直肠周围脓肿应根据不同部位与性质。采用适当术式治疗 ,如治疗方法得当 ,可防止瘘管等并发症发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the treatment methods and clinical prognosis of perianal-rectal abscess. Methods The abscess incision drainage and drainage with hang thread were performed in 35 cases. Results All case were healed without fistula complication. Conclusion The varied location and quality of perianal-rectal abscess should performed different operation methods and proper method could prevent the fistula.更多还原
