【摘要】 目的　探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床病理特征 ,为该肿瘤的病理诊断和鉴别诊断提供病理形态学依据。方法　对 2 1例嗅神经母细胞瘤进行了组织形态学观察及免疫组织化学染色。结果　病理组织学特征是瘤细胞排列呈大小不等的片状或条索状 ,瘤细胞间可见由胞浆突起形成的嗜酸性纤维 ,12例可见Homer -Wright菊形团和 /或Flener菊形团。免疫组化染色 :NSE 2 1例均为阳性 ,Vimentin、S - 10 0、NF分别有 8例、5例、3例阳性 ,Keratin、LCA、GFAP均为阴性。结论　病理形态学及免疫组织化学检查 ,尤其是NSE检测对嗅神经母细胞瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinicopathological features of olfactory neuroblastoma.Methods 21 cases of olfactory neuroblastoma were studied by light microscopy and examined by immunohistochemical staining.Results Their ages ranged from 2 to 74 years old(average,39).Its pathologic features were small tumor cells arranged in pieces or strips and acidophilic fibrillary which was intercytoplasmic,Homer-Wright rosettes and/or Flener rosettes(12/21).Immunohistochemistry showed that NSE 21/21(+),Vimentin 8/21(+),S-100 5/21(+),NF 3/21(+) and Keratin,LCA,GFAP all negative respectively.Conclusion The morphological and immunohistochemical features of olfactory neuroblastoma might be very important in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease.更多还原
