【Abstract】 This paper had reported 16 cases iatrogenic bile duct injury and discussed the happening reason and its diagnosis. When the injury occurred, repairing and “T” tube drainage should be performed and end to end anastomosis was easy to happen constrict after operation. Bile-intestine anastomosis Roux-Y might be a good method to treat such diseases.更多还原
