【摘要】 目的探讨双黄硼酸液联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病病人创面的临床疗效。方法将 4 1例糖尿病创面的病人分为实验组 (2 8例 )和对照组 (13例 )。实验组采用双黄硼酸液联合胰岛素换药 ,对照组采用呋喃西林换药。比较两组创面细菌菌落数及疗效。结果实验组治疗后 3、7、10d细菌菌落数均显著低于对照组 ,总有效率 (89.3% )显著高于对照组 (30 .7% ) ,均P <0 .0 1。结论双黄硼酸液联合胰岛素用于糖尿病病人创面可降低局部血糖 ,抑制细菌生长 ,促进创面修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of Shuang-huang boracic acid mixture and insulin in the treatment of diabetic wound surface. Methods Forty-one patients were devide into experimental group and control group. The patients in the experimental group (n=28) were treated with Shuang-huang boracic acid mixture and insulin, while those in the control group (n=13) with furacilin. The count of bacterial colonies and healing of wound surface were compared in the two groups. Results The count of bacterial colonies in the experimental group after treatment for 3, 7, 10 days was significantly lower than those in the control group (all P< 0.01 ). The total effective rate in the experimental group was 89.29 %, significantly higher than that in the control group (30.77 %),P<0.01. Conclusion Shuang-huang boracic acid mixture and insulin could reduce local blood glucose level, inhibit the growth of bacterium and improve reparation of the diabetic wound surface.更多还原
