【摘要】 目的 了解糖尿病痛人生存质量与疾病相关需求情况。方法 采用糖尿病病人特异性量表(DSQL)和自编疾病相关需求量表,对100例糖尿病病人进行生存质量和疾病相关需求调查。结果 生存质量中生理功能维度受损最大,疾病相关需求中疑难解答需求最高;经济条件和血管并发症对生存质量及疾病相关需求均有影响。结论 应对低收入病人提供更多的经济低廉和确实有效的技术支持,如饮食和运动治疗等,提高医护人员对糖尿病病人并发血管疾病的健康教育的重视程度和教育技巧。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between quality of life and the disease-related demand in the patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods An investigation on the quality of life and disease-related demand was performed on 100 cases of DM by using DSQL and self-compiled disease-related demand scale. Results The dimensionality of physical function was the most seriously damaged in the quality of life and the demand of interpretation of difficulties was greatest among the disease-demands. The economy conditions and the vascular diseases could affect the quality of life and disease-demand. Conclusion We should supply much more technical support of inexpensive consumption and efficiency to the patients with low income. The healthy education to the patients with DM should be strengthened on the vascular diseases.更多还原
