【摘要】 目的探讨临床护理路径在胆囊切除术中的应用,以规范护理活动和确保最佳护理质量。方法将80例行胆囊切除术病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组按制订好的临床护理路径进行护理,观察两组病人住院时间、待术时间、肛门排气时间、住院费用、并发症发生情况、满意度等指标。结果观察组病人住院时间、待术时间、肛门排气时间、住院费用与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);观察组满意度高于对照组。结论临床护理路径应用于胆囊切除术病人护理科学有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of clinical path and regulate the nursing activities and ensure the quali-ty of nursing service. Method Eighty patients were divided into two groups, with 40 in each group. In observation group, the patients were given nursing care on the basis of pre-defined clinical path and the patients in control group were given routine nursing care. The hospital stay time, waiting time for operation, cost of hospitalization, time for passage of gas via anus, development of complications, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Re sults The differences in hospital stay time, waiting time for operation, cost of hospitalization, time for passage of gas via anus between the two groups were statistically significant (all P<0. 01). The satisfaction was also better in the observation group. Conclusion The clinical path of nursing care is valuable in the treatment of the cholecystectomized patients.更多还原
