【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗感染性结膜炎,并适合新生儿特点、减少抗菌药物应用的护理方法。方法将133例中、重度结膜炎患儿分为两组,观察组(82例)用生理盐水洗眼,对照组(51例 用利福平眼药水滴眼。结果重度结膜炎显效率观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用生理盐水冲洗眼可有效清除眼部细菌,破坏其生存环境,抑制细菌在眼内繁殖,且减少细菌产生耐药性的机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore better nursing techniques for neonatal infective conjunctivitis, and minimize the use of antibiotics in the treatment of the infective conjunctivitis. Methods One hundrde and thirty-three cases of serious neo-natal infective conjunctivitis were divided into two groups. In 82 subjects (experimental group), their eyes were washed with normai saline and in the others (controls) rifampicin eye drops were used. Results The effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in contrc l group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Eye washing with normai saline can effectively remove bacteria in eyes, adversely change their living environment and inhibit their growth, and minimize their opportunities of developing drug resistance.更多还原
