【摘要】 目的探讨不同比例凡士林纱用于开放性及闭合性伤口的效果,为制作凡士林纱的纱布与凡士林最佳比例提供依据。方法将纱布与凡士林按重量以1:1、1:2、1:3、1;4、1:5的比例配制,灭菌后应用于术后闭合性伤口和开放性伤口,观察其临床效果。结果闭合性伤口使用1:3凡士林纱时伤口粘连、疼痛、出血情况显著少于1:1、1:2凡士林纱(均P<0.05),引流通畅情况明显好于1:4、1:5凡士林纱(均P<0.05),临床综合效果相对较其余4种好;开放性伤口使用1:4凡士林纱时伤口粘连、疼痛、出血情况少于1:1、1:2及1:3凡士林纱(均P<0.05),创面湿润好于1:1凡士林纱,引流通畅情况好于1:5凡士林纱,临床综合效果相对较其余4种好,且伤口愈合时间较短。结论制作凡士林纱时应根据不同伤口决定纱布与凡士林的用量比例,不可随意配制,以免影响伤口换药效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of vaseline gauze weight ratio on wounds, to provide the basis for making Vaseline gauze in an optimal weight ratio. Methods Closed or open wounds were treated separately with Vaseline gauze in the weight ratio of 1 : 1,1 : 2,1:3,1 : 4,1 : 5,and the clinical effects were observed. Results For closed wounds the 1 : 3 weight ratio achieved the best effect because the ratio rendered the gauze less adhesive to the wound, caused less pain and bleeding, and achieved better drainage, as compared with the other 4 ratios. With open wounds the 1 : 4 weight ratio made the gauze less adhesive to the wound, kept the wound wet, and achieved better drainage, as compared with the other 4 ratios. Conclusions Vaseline gauze in proper weight ratio should be used according to the nature of wounds.更多还原
