【摘要】 目的 探讨在职护理人员继续教育模式,提高继续教育的针对性和应用性。方法 应用个人开发模式对291名护士进行分层、按需培训,培训3年后进行考核,并与培训前比较理论、操作考试成缋。结果 培训后各项考核成绩均显著高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论 个人开发模式可实现继续教育的规范要求与护士个性差异的统一,充分调动护士主动学习的积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the professional nurses’s continued education module and improve its pertinence and practicability. Methods Two hundred and ninety-one nurses were trained according to their needs with the implementation of individual development module. They were tested after 3 years and the results of the theoretical and manipulative examinations were compared with the counterpart of pre-training. Results The records after training were significantly higher than those before training (P<0. 01). Conclusion Individual development module realized the unification of the needs of continued education’s criterion and differences among nurses and boosted the nurses’ activity of studying enthusiasm.更多还原
