混凝土试件内压作用下破裂过程试验
Numerical simulation and physical experiment on concrete in inner pressure
【摘要】 内压作用下混凝土的破坏时有发生,对其破坏过程的研究就显得特别重要。提出了应用东北大学CRISR自主研发的材料破裂过程分析系统(MFPA)对在三个孔压共同作用下的破裂过程进行数值试验方法,并在此基础上进行了物理试验,与数值试验的破裂结果进行比较。结果表明:数值模拟结果与物理试验结果有较好的一致性,通过数值试验再现了模型破坏的全过程,可以观察到物理试验无法准确观测的裂纹的萌生、扩展直至破坏的过程以及破坏过程中的声发射现象,为混凝土破坏过程研究提供了一种新方法,同时为防止混凝土内压作用引起的裂缝控制有参考作用。
【Abstract】 Failure usually occur on concrete which are subjected in inner pressure. It is important to investigate these failure process and its failure characteristic. In this text, using the MFPA code simulate the concrete failure process subjected on three inner pressure. And the relevant physical experiment was conduct to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation restilts. Results indicate that it is perfect consistency between simulation results and physical experiment. And by numerical simulation, all the failure processes show the simulation results and physical experiment. And by numerical simulation, all the failure processes show themselves in our eyes. By numerical simulation, we observed the crack initiation, expanding, and the final failure model. We also can observed the AE during the failure process of the model. And all of these result made us more clearly understand the failure of the concrete subjected to the multi-inner pressure, and take actions for induce loss.
