【摘要】 通过开展设计监理和施工监理,为业主降低工程初投资,作者结合自己监理工作的实践,指出了降低中央空调工程初投资的途径。
【Abstract】 Through the supervision of design and construction, the early investment saved for property owner, the author points out the lmethods to lower the early investment of central air conditioning, combining his supervision experiences.
