【摘要】 目的 :回顾分析医护实习生“晕台”原因 ,提出相应预防措施。方法 :对发生“晕台”的医护实习生进行现场救护 (平卧 ,吸氧 ,心率、血压、血糖等各项监测 )后 ,由专人对其进行询问并填写“晕台”病因调查表 ,3d后择期行颈动脉按摩试验及基础直立 (倾斜 )试验 (BTTT)。结果 :31 9位实习生中有 2 7位发生 (发生率 8 4 6 % ) ,晕台 36人次。晕台发生于第(8 86± 5 4 8)次上台 ,持续 (76 8± 34 6 )秒 ,晕台发生即刻的心率 (HR)、血压 (Bp)、脉搏氧饱和度 (SpO2 )均下降 ,但血糖(BS)值正常。事后颈动脉按摩试验阳性者 2人 ,BTTT阳性者 6人。结论 :医护实习生“晕台”原因为精神紧张、长久站立诱发的血管迷走性晕厥 ,为确保实习生安全 ,应采取相应的防范措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Reviewing analysis was used to invest the cause of nunsing students’ faint in the operating room.Method:When students’ faint happened in the operating room lie them down and given medical treatments and nursing which include vital signs monitor and normal treatments for it.After they had recovered,they were all asked to fill the questionaires.A carotid artery sinus oppress test(CASOT) and base tilt table test(BTTF) were tested.Results:There were 36 faints happened in the operating room.These usually happened during their 8.86±5.48 scrub up and the faints lasted for 76.8±34.6 seconds.Their heart rate,blood pressure,SpO 2 were all dropped,but the BS was normal.And also the CASOT and BTTT positive were 70.4% and 22.2% among 27 students are mainly due to nervous and being stand for Long.Conclusion:It is suggest that support and help should be given to prevent this happen in the future.更多还原
