【摘要】 目的 :了解住院精神病病人的心理演变过程 ,指导临床护理。方法 :调查记录住院天数不同的精神病病人的住院方式、对疾病的认识、对住院的态度、存在的主要心理问题及出院后是否继续服药 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :非自愿住院者占76.10 % ,住院天数不同的病人对疾病的认识、住院态度、心理问题及对出院后继续服药的认识有显著差异性。结论 :对住院天数不同的精神病病人 ,应针对其不同的心理状态采取相应的护理措施 ;此外普及精神病知识 ,减少社会对精神病病人的歧视 ,增强社会、家庭等对精神病病人的支持 ,仍是精神科今后努力与发展的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To study the psychological changes in psychiatric inpaitents and to direct the clinical nursing care.Methods:Survey was used to study the kinds of hospitalization,insight of the illness,attitude towards the hospitalization,psychological problems,the relationship between compliance with continuation treatment after dischage and time of hospitalization.Results:76.1%of the patients were compulsive to be hospitalized.Patients with different duration of hospitalization hnd significant difference in insight,attitude towards hospiˉtalization,psychological problems and in compliance with treatment after discharge.Conclusions:Different nursing care should be applied to different patients.The family and whole society should give psychiatric patients more support,care and eliminate the stigma.更多还原
