【Abstract】 The Sanjiang Plain lies in the high latitude,cold and cool low plain area with good light and heat energy which can satisfy the growth of paddy.The abundant water and land resources supply the spacious prospect for the development of paddy.But what effects the development of the paddy in Sanjiang Plain is low and damp,cold grout quality earth,exquisite cold climate disaster and low water temperature ground water irrigation.更多还原
