【Abstract】 To study on toxic action and mechanism of toluene diisocyanate on immune system, this paper mainly discussed the mechanism of toluene diisocyanate on immune system. Adopted ELASA, this experiment observed that effect of toluene diisocyanate on conglutinate molecule, such as IL-4, IL-5, GM-CSF. To ensure the safe dose or allowable dose of toluene diisocyanate and evaluate its health risk and ecosystem risk, this paper will provide the solid science theories basis for confirmation of environmental law and preventing plan.更多还原
