γ-Al2O3负载钯催化合成肉桂醛的方法研究
Study on synthesis of cinnamaldehyde catalyzed by Pd(Ⅱ)/γ-Al2O3
【摘要】 制备三丁基锡氢化物、肉桂酰氯及高分子载钯催化剂Pd(Ⅱ)/γ-Al2O3,研究了Pd(Ⅱ)/γ-Al2O3对三丁基锡氢化物还原肉桂酰氯制备肉桂醛反应的催化活性,考察了催化剂的使用寿命.采用正交试验对影响反应的因素进行了考察,确定了最佳催化条件,对反应机理进行了研究和探讨.
【Abstract】 Prepared tributyltin hydride, cinnamoyl chloride and Pd(Ⅱ)/γ-Al2O3.Studied the catalytic activity of Pd(Ⅱ)/γ-Al2O3 in the reaction of tributyltin hydride with cinnamoyl chloride for synthesis of cinnamal dehyde. Investigated the servce life of catalysts. The influence factor of reaction were investigated with orthogonal experimental design and the best catalytic condition was determined by this way.The catalytic mechanism also was studied and discussed.
