光照和培养基类型对马铃薯微型薯诱导结薯的影响

【摘要】 以克新4号、早大白脱毒试管苗为材料,研究了光照和培养基类型对马铃薯微型薯诱导结薯的影响。结果表明:全黑暗条件是诱导马铃薯微型薯的关键所在,但不同品种在微型薯诱导中对光处理的反应也存在差异。不同类型的培养基对微型薯的诱导效果差异显著,但不同的品种诱导效果不同。

【Abstract】 Virus free potato seedlings from tubes: Kexin No.4 and Zaodabai were used as experimental materials. The effect of illumination and medium type on potato micro-tuber inducement were studied. The experimental results showed that it was key condition for inducing potato micro-tuber in all darkness, the different varieties for light treatment reaction had differences in micro-tuber inducement.There were significant differences in different types of media for the effect of micro-tuber inducement,the different varieties had different effects in micro-tuber inducement.
