煤气厂含酚废水优势降解菌的驯化和分离

【摘要】 为了获得处理煤气厂含酚废水的高效菌株,以煤气厂废水处理设施的活性污泥为菌源,驯化、培养、筛选出3种降酚能力较强的菌株GPS-1、GPS-2、GPS-3。经初步鉴定,这3种菌株为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas.sp)。通过降酚对比性试验,在500、1000、1500和2000mg/L时,GPS-1菌的降酚率比GPS-2和GPS-3菌的降酚率要高,为所选优势菌株。

【Abstract】 The efforts to work on dominant bacteria removing the phenolic wastewater from the gas-making plant resulted in three kinds of acclimated, fostered and screened bacteria with powerful phenol degrading ability. They are GPS-1, GPS-2 and GPS-3, classified as Pseudomonas.sp by preliminary identification. GPS-1 is the most dominant bacterium, as proved by contrast experiment of phenol degrading. In the case of 500,1 000,1 500 and 2 000 mg/L,the phenol degrading rate of GPS-1 is higher than that of GPS-2 and GPS-3.
