【摘要】 目的　探讨提高幼儿期乳牙龋病早期充填率的相关因素。方法　收集和分析厦门市口腔医院儿童牙病科 ,4 92名 3～ 6岁幼儿期乳牙龋早期充填就诊情况中相关的因素。结果　父母口腔健康知识知晓率 4 .4 % ;父母对幼儿期子女乳牙龋病早期充填中配合治疗所持态度 :坚决 6 8.7% ,迟疑2 0 .9%。放弃 10 .4 % ;幼儿期牙科畏惧症占 77.4 % ;在医护人员的规范的接诊医疗行为下使乳牙浅龋充填率达到 92 .5 % ,中龋充填率为 83.7% ,深龋充填率为 76 .8%。结论　加强父母对幼儿期龋病早期充填口腔健康意识和行为的教育是提高幼儿期龋病早期充填的关键。规范医护人员的接诊医疗行为也是提高龋病早期充填就诊率的有效措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relevant factors to improve the early filling rate of the infancy deciduous dental caries. Methods Collecting and analyzing the relevant factors influencing the early filling rate of the infancy deciduous dental caries in 492 children, who are from 3 to 6 ages, from the Child Dental Department of Xiamen stomatology hospital. Results The oral health knowing rate of the parents was 4.4%; the parents attitudes towards treating their children: resolution 68.7%; hesitation 20.9%; abandonment 10.4%. The infancy dentophobia rate was 77.4%; with the standard medical behaviors, the filling rates of shallow caries, moderate caries and deep caries were 92.5%, 83.7% and 76.8% respectively. Conclusions To improve the early filling rate of the infancy deciduous dental caries, the key is to strengthen the education of the parent awareness and behaviors in oral health, also the standard medical behaviors are the effective measures.更多还原
