【摘要】 目的　观察全程陪产对母儿的影响 ,以提供全程陪产作为新的产时保健模式的依据。方法　选择无产科合并症适龄足月初产妇为观察组 ;设上 1年同期同等条件产妇 1 0 0例为对照组。观察全程陪产分娩方式对产科质量的影响。结果　两组产妇在年龄、孕周、孕产次、骨盆外测量、新生儿体重等方面均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而产程、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分、分娩方式和产时并发症比较 ,两组差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　全程陪伴分娩方式可明显提高产科质量 ,提高产妇的满意度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of holistic Doula on laboring women and neonates. Methods Choosing 100 primiparae without obstetric diseases who receive the holistic Doula services as the experimental group and 100 primiparae last year who did not receive the holistic as the control group. Results All primiparae in two group have no significant differences on age, pregnant weeks ,pregnant and laboring times, weight of neonate, but significant differences existed in stages of labor, postpartum hemorrhage amount, Apgar assessment of neonate, delivering methods, complications during birth process. Conclusions Holistic Doula can improve the quality of obstetics greatly and make laboring women easy.更多还原
