【摘要】 目的　了解全麻插管患者麻醉恢复期的不同需要 ,指导麻醉恢复室护理人员为患者提供整体护理。方法　采用自行设计的意识清楚患者需要调查表 ,对 5 0例全麻插管患者麻醉恢复期的需要进行调查。结果　全麻插管患者麻醉恢复期迫切需要的是生理需要、安全需要、心理需要 ,其排序基本符合Maslow人类基本需要层次论 ,且各种需要由于多种原因的影响在程度上有一定的区别。结论　在麻醉恢复室护理工作中可以应用Maslow人类基本需要层次论预见全麻插管患者的护理需要 ,应用King的互动达标理论力求在护患之间建立和谐的互动关系 ,为患者提供整体护理 ,促进身心康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the different demands of patients by general anesthesia intubation during the period of recovery, to guide the clinical nurses to provide holistic nursing care to the patients in ICU. Methods The self-designed demanding surveying table for the consciousness patients was used to investigate the demands of the patients by general anesthesia intubation in the recovering period. Results The exigent demands of the patients by general anesthesia intubation included physiology, safety and psychology requirements. The order was basically in accordance with the arrangement of Maslow human basic demands theory. There was difference to some extent in the varied demands due to the influence of various factors. Conclusions It was suggested the arrangement of Maslow human basic demands theory could be used to predict the demands of patients in ICU. With King mutual action theory, we make every effort to construct harmonious mutual action relationship and provide holistic nursing care for the patients, promote sound in body and mind.更多还原
