【摘要】 大众化教育下师资力量的薄弱客观上导致教学质量的下降,合理、有效地开展教师教学质量评价是提高教师教学水平,保证人才培养质量的关键。本文借鉴现代企业管理中所采用的全程性质量管理模式,针对传统的教师教学质量评价模式中存在的弊端,提出借助于教育网络平台,对教师的教学质量实行全程性的评价,并对这一模式的基本设想和现实意义做初步的探讨。更多还原
