【Abstract】 The Commercial Medical Insurance in China develops slowly and the scale of it is small. But it shows the big potential and the broad prospects. To be exact, the Social Medical Insurance can not meet people’s need to medical insurance, so there’s enormous room for the development of Commercial Medical Insurance. The need of people in urban and suburb is flourishing. Compared with other countries and districts the Commercial Medical Insurance has not been accepted widely by citizens.
