【Abstract】 Entering into 21′century, Japan is confronted with the pricking up stress of population reduction and ageing. The reduction of Japanese population has its social causes. Some scholars argue from the review of historical factors that the reduction of population may not produced passive impacts on economic development. For realize the goal of economic reliving, Japanese schlolars and persons in economic circle proposed a series of economic countermeasures in order to overcome the shortage of labor that brought by population reduction and ageing.更多还原
