【摘要】 目前我国农业发展进入了一个新的阶段,加入WTO又使农业发展面临一个新的环境。新阶段、新环境迫切要求对农业结构进行战略性的调整,以迎接国内市场变化与国际市场竞争的双重挑战。加入WTO之后,中国将在非关税壁垒关税化及大幅度降低关税壁垒的条件下,面向世界开放农产品市场。这意味着国内农业及农产品市场竞争将逐步趋于国际化,三江平原在加入世贸组织后也必须以国际市场为导向,根据自己的优势及时调整产业结构,通过引进外资大搞农业综合开发,改善农业基础设施,把投资重点引向农副业产品加工和出口产业方面,促进农业产业结构调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural development of our country at present entered a new stage, the accession to the WTO makes agricultural development face a new environment. New stage and new environment require the agricultural structure to adjust in a strategic way, in order to meet the double challenge that the domestic turn of the market competes with international market. After joining WTO, China tarffication reduce terms of tariff barrier by a large margin in non-tariff trade barriers, meet the needs of the world in the open market for farm products. This means that domestic agriculture and market competition of agricultural product will tend towards the internationaalization progressively, three river plain must take international market as the direction too after the accession to the WTO, adjust industrail structure in time according to one’s own advantage, through is it go all out with agriclture develop synthetically to import foreign capital, improve agicultural infrastructure, guide into agricultural sideline production products process and export industry especially investing in, promote agricultural industrial structure adjustment.更多还原
