基于Internet的铣削加工过程几何仿真研究
Research on Geometry Simulation of Milling Process Based on Internet
【摘要】 为实现网络化制造,使用户不必购买昂贵的软件即可在实际加工之前对切削加工过程进行全面的仿真、预测与分析,给出了用JAVA开发的可嵌入HTML文件的几何仿真方法,并进行了基于网络的加工过程几何仿真方法的研究,使用户可通过IE或支持JAVA Applet程序的浏览器来进行交互式铣削加工过程仿真。该方法解决了非JAVA Applet仿真程序不能嵌入Web页,在客户机上独立于服务器完全自主运行这一技术难题,也可用于开发其他的可视化系统。
【Abstract】 In order to implement networked manufacturing, users may carry out all-side milling process simulation, prediction and analysis before the actual machining, while needn’t buy the expensive software. This paper makes the research on geometry simulation of milling process that based on Internet, develops a geometry simulation, which can be embeded in HTML file and is developed by JAVA. It makes users through IE or Browser supports JAVA Applet program advance the simulation of mutual milling process. This measure resolves the technical problem that the program will not be embedded in Web, which is completely independent from Server on client if it isn’t JAVA Applet simulation program. Meanwhile, it can be also developed for other visual system.
