电容层析成像系统敏感场分析及仿真
Analysis and Simulation of Capacitance Sensitivity Distributions in Electrical Capacitance Tomography System
【摘要】 介绍了以8电极电容传感器为基础的层析成像方法,研究了用有限元方法(FEM)对敏感场进行仿真计算,并对影响电容层析成像敏感场分布的多种因素进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 This paper describes a tomographic method which is based on 8-electrode capacitance transducers. It discusses the application of finite element method in capacitance tomography. And the characters of sensitivity distribution of capacitance tomography sensors have been described.
