喂线机自适应控制系统的仿真研究
Adaptive Control System of Metal Silk Feeding Machine and Computer Simulation
【摘要】 为了解决参数缓慢变化对喂线机控制系统的影响,依据波波夫超稳定性理论,采用模型参考自适应控制方法,提出了通过改变广义误差信号的特性,来改善系统暂态过程的方法。仿真结果表明,系统输出能够更好地跟踪参考模型的输出,具有一定的抗干扰性,且鲁棒性比较好。
【Abstract】 In order to settle the influence due to the parameters that varied slowly upon the metal silk feeding machine, in this paper, the model reference adaptive control method based on the Popov’s super-stable theory is adopted. By changing the characteristic of the error signal, an effective approach which can improve transient process of the system is also put forward. The simulation results show that the system not only can follow the model reference output well, but also has high robustness to resist the disturbances.
