【摘要】 目的评价妇产科改进高危妊娠管理方法的效果。方法将2003年1~6月与2004年同期孕产妇围产保健资料进行统计学比较分析。结果建立高危妊娠个案追踪卡前后两组中,年龄、建卡孕周、分娩孕周均无明显差异(P>0.05);就诊次数与就诊间隔时间均存在差异(P<0.05)。结论在延用北京市卫生局统一使用的高危妊娠管理手册的基础上,补充建立了高危妊娠个案追踪卡,进一步加强了对高危妊娠的管理质量,更好地确保了母婴安全,提高了产前就诊率及高危管理工作的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the new management method for high-risk pregnancy.Method The data of perinatal care from January to June in 2003 and 2004 was analyzed and compared statistically.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,the gestation week to establish check-up cards and the gestation week of delivery.But there was significant difference in the frequency and intervals of prenatal check-up after the application of follow-up cards for high-risk pregnancy.Conclusion The new management method improved the quality and efficiency of management for high-risk pregnancy and guaranteed the safety of patients.更多还原
