【摘要】 目的为糖尿病病人提供身心两方面的优质服务。方法以包含人性化的服务行为(HumanizedServingBehavior)、人性化的服务流程(HumanizedServingProgram)、人性化的服务语言(HumanizedServingLanguage)、人性化的服务环境(HumanizedServingEnvirorment)、人性化的服务品牌(HumanizedServingBrand)(以下简称“5S”)的护理模式,对糖尿病病人实施个性化护理服务。结果护理工作实现“五到位”,病人和家属满意,医院取得双赢。结论“5S”护理模式有效地促进了护理工作的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide high level of nursing service with body and mind for diabetes patients.Methods Based on the “5S” nursing model, which means Humanized Serving Behavior,Humanized Serving Language,Humanized Serving Program,Humanized Serving Environment and Humanized Serving Brand,to perform individual nursing service for diabetes patients.Results This practice achieved “five in order” in nursing,satisfaction of patients and family members,and double win in our hospital.Conclusion “5S” nursing model can effectively promote the healthy development of nursing work.更多还原
