【Abstract】 Roles of clinic nurse managers in community health care management for 7 years was summarized.The special inventions include selecting good community nurses and standardized training,establishing the system of community care organization which is adaptable to native region and hospital.Furthermore,the community care content,model and management rules should be developed to improve community care control quality and make community care operate more effectively.All of these will provide community health care managers practical directions.更多还原
