【摘要】 目的　在晚期癌症病人家居宁养护理中运用治疗性沟通技巧,解决晚期癌症病人的心理问题,减轻家属的心理压力。 方法　以宁养院收治的910例晚期癌症病人为研究对象,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行问卷调查,同时依据口头叙述及观 察检测的结果,评定病人的心理问题;运用会谈技术和电话访视等治疗性沟通技巧,对病人和家属进行心理疏导。结果　治 疗性沟通技巧可提高病人的心理健康水平,总有效率达84.18%,766例病人的心理问题得到明显改善,能积极配合医护人员 或安详地离开人间。结论　对晚期癌症病人采用治疗性沟通技巧能解决病人的心理问题,减轻家属的心理压力,提高病人和 家属的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Health communication was used in the malignant tumor patients’ recuperation at home.It was a good way to resolve their psychological problems and also to reduce their relatives’ stress.Methods In this study,910 malignant tumor patients at nursing home were recruited.The SCL-90,a self-evaluation symptom scale,was utilised to measure the patients’ psychological problems as well as oral self-description and observation.Some communicational skills such as interviews through face to face and telephone were used in the psychological treatment for the patients and their relatives.Results The total effective rate was 84.18%.The psychological problems of 766 patients were significant resolved and their relatives’ stress was relieved.Conclusion Health communication in patients’ recuperation at home can resolve their psychological problems,relief their relatives’ psychological stress and improve their life quality.更多还原
