【摘要】 目的　了解基层护理人员对健康教育的认知程度和实施情况,以提高她们对健康教育的认识,促进健康教育的真正落实。方法　采用问 卷调查法对北京市3个远郊区4所医院的基层护理人员关于实施健康教育的态度、知识、行为进行调查。结果　88.4%的护理人员对开展健 康教育持积极态度,45.7%的护理人员健康教育知识达到较好程度,98.6%的护理人员参与实施健康教育过程,但有37.0%的护理人员认为缺 乏健康教育知识和技巧。结论　强化护理人员健康教育的信念,普及健康教育的知识和技巧,是有效落实健康教育的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the awareness and application of health education of the nursing staff in the basic hospitals situated in far suburb, so as to improve their understanding to health education and promote the implementation.Method The questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing staff in 4 hospital situated in 3 far suburb in Beijing to determine their attitude, knowledge and behavior in implementation of health education. Result 88.4% of the nursing staff hold active attitude, 45.7% have a better understand for health education, and 98.6% have participated in it, but 37.0% lack the related skill and knowledge for health education.Conclusion To strengthen the nurses’ belief to health education and enhance the knowledge and skill of health education are the key points to put health education in application effectively.更多还原
