【摘要】 目的　对脑血管疾病恢复期患者选择中医和西医就诊理由相关因素进行调查分析。方法　采用自设问卷在神经科门诊 和中医科门诊分别选取脑血管疾病恢复期患者各100例,对其就诊理由进行调查,然后进行针对性健康指导。结果　200例 脑血管疾病恢复期患者中,100例选择西医治疗的理由以西医治疗效果确切及起效迅速为主;100例选择中医治疗的主要理由 是中药价廉、副作用少及中医大夫看病认真。在选择中医和西医就诊途径时均以自己选择为主。护理人员健康指导,可以提 高患者遵医的依从性。结论　脑血管疾病恢复期患者对中医和西医治疗的认识存在差异,影响其就诊理由的主要因素是治 疗效果和药物副作用。健康指导有利于患者科学就诊,促进疾病早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors to the reasons of selecting the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) or west medicine (WM) in rehabilitation stage of patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD).Methods The samples were 100 patients in the clinic of neurology and 100 patients in the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine, all the patients were in rehabilitation stage with cerebrovascular disease. The self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the data of their reasons of selecting TCM or WM,then corresponding health education was provided for the patients.Results In the 200 patients in rehabilitation stage of CVD, their main reason of selecting WM was the definite and prompt effects of WM; Their main reasons of selecting TCM were the cheap and less side effects of TCM and the doctors’ careful attitude in the clinic of traditional chinese medicine. As the ways they seeking medical advice,the determiner is by themselves. It is possible to improve the patients’compliancy by health education from nurse. Conclusions There was difference in understanding of the TCM and WM in rehabilitation stage patients with CVD. The main influencing factors to the reasons of seeking medical consultation were the effects of therapy and side effects of medicine. Health education can benefit for the patients seeking medical consultation scientificly to promote the recovery of disease.更多还原
