【摘要】 目的　探讨老年精神科患者的特点及护理方法。方法　对58例老年精神科患者和50例普通精神科患者在合并躯体疾 病、药物副反应、生活自理能力和社会支持4个方面进行比较分析。结果　老年组在生活自理能力、药物副反应、合并躯体疾 病方面与对照组比较有显著差异,两组在社会支持方面无显著差异。结论　老年精神科患者具有合并躯体疾病多、生活自理 能力差、药物副反应发生率高等特点,护理人员应掌握其特点,采取相应的护理对策,做好老年精神障碍患者的护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics and nursing methods of the hospitalized senile patients with mental disorders.Methods Comparisons and analysis were conducted in complicated somatopathy, side effects of medicine, ability of daily living, and social support between 58 senile patients and 50 general patients with mental disorders.Results There was significant difference in the patients’ ability of daily living, side effects of medicine and complicated somatopathy, but there was no significant difference in social support between the 2 groups.Conclusion The senile patients with mental disorders have such characteristics as more complicated somatopathy, lower ability of daily living and higher incidence of side effects, nurses should recognize the characteristics and take appropriate nursing countermeasures to provide high quality of nursing for the senile patients with mental disorders.更多还原
