【摘要】 目的　调查重症患者气管切开后院内下呼吸道感染的相关因素 ,加强院内感染管理 ,减少院内下呼吸道感染的发生。方法　采用前瞻性调查与回顾性调查相结合的方法 ,对 48例非肺部感染患者气管切开的临床资料进行分析。结果　院内下呼吸道感染发生率为 41.6% ,发生例次感染率为 75 .0 % ,与患者存在基础疾病、使用广谱抗菌素、激素以及无菌技术操作不严格、不规范吸痰有关。结论　提高医护人员的感染控制意识 ,加强行之有效的病房管理 ,严格无菌技术操作 ,合理使用抗菌素 ,保证营养是预防院内下呼吸道感染的重要措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the relative factors in the severe patients with lower respiratory track infections after tracheotomy,so as to enhance the management of hospital infection control and reduce the incidence of lower respiratory track infections.Methods By means of combining the prospective surveys with the retrospective research, the clinical data of 48 cases of non-pneumonic infection patients with tracheotomy was analyzed.Result The incidence rate of lower respiratory track infections in hospital was 41.6%,the infection rate in the cases of the disease accounts for 75.0%, and they were related to the following factors:the patients’ previous diseases,the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and hormones, not abiding by the aseptic techniques and incorrect inhalation of phlegm.Conclusion The measures which including raising the consciousness of medial staff in infection control, enhancing effective management of wards, strictly abiding by the aseptic techniques, administering antibiotics properly and ensuring nutrition are important to prevent the occurrence of hospital lower respiratory track infections.更多还原
