【摘要】 目的　用数字编号法能更简单、完善地为医患双方提供合格的无菌手术包。方法　用数字编号法比较无菌手术包内压力蒸气灭菌化学指示卡粘贴法的优缺点 ,将数字编号和灭菌手术包内压力蒸气灭菌化学指示卡合格记录于手术护理记录单上 ,与无菌手术包内压力蒸气灭菌化学指示卡粘贴于手术护理记录单背面作比较。结果　数字编号法弥补了灭菌手术包内压力蒸气灭菌化学指示卡粘贴法的不足 ,使其更方便、适用。结论　无菌手术包数字编号法可为有关护理同仁提供参考更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide a simple but informative evidence for hospital and patients in case of a medical dispute identification by using digital coding method in sterilization package design.Methods Compare the advantages and disadvantages between digital coding and chemical indicator strip in the sterilization operating packages. Both the digital coding and the qualification result of chemical indicator strip were recorded on the operating records, meanwhile, the chemical indicator strip was stuck on the face of nursing records, so as to compare the validity in providing evidence.Results Digital coding can make up the deficiency of chemical indicator strip, and it is a simple and feasible method in practice.Conclusion Digital coding in sterilization package is a method worth recommending in practice.Author’s address:Nursing Department, Huaxi Second Hospital of Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041,China更多还原
