【摘要】 为了加强骨创伤科护理人员的法律意识 ,提出骨创伤科护理文书书写、护理操作、急救药品、设备管理、患者隐私及知情权、护患沟通、医疗费用等潜在的法律问题。同时 ,提出加强法律知识学习 ,严格执行各项护理技术操作常规 ,规范护理文书书写 ,保证急救药品、设备准备到位 ,正确处理病人的知情权和隐私权 ,加强护患沟通 ,按标准收费等防范措施 ,以保证护患双方的权益更多还原

【Abstract】 To strengthen law consciousness of nursing of the osseo-traumatic department,the authors mentioned the potential law problems including nursing writing, nursing manipulation, first-aid pharmacy, apparatus management, the privacy and privy right of patients, communication between patients and nurses, medical cost and so on. In order to assure the rights and benefits of both patients and nurses, the authors put forward protective measures of studying law knowledge, carrying out the standards of nursing techniques strictly, formulating nursing documents, assuring the first-aid pharmacy and apparatus available, dealing with the privacy and privy right of patients appropriately, enhancing communication between patients and nurses.更多还原
