二氧化氯缓释微胶囊的研究
Study on controlled release chlorine dioxide microcapsules
【摘要】 用β-环糊精制备了二氧化氯微胶囊。用X-射线和红外光谱表征了微胶囊的结构。研究了芯壁比、干燥温度、干燥时间和环境释放温度对微胶囊缓释性能的影响。结果表明:二氧化氯分子和水分子结合分布在环糊精的空腔内,结晶形成微胶囊;且芯壁比、干燥温度和干燥时间对二氧化氯微胶囊缓释性能有较大的影响。
【Abstract】 Chlorine dioxide microcapsules were prepared withβ-CD and chlorine dioxide. The structure of product was illustrated with Powder X-ray diffraction and FT-IR difference spectrum technology. Various influent factors to extended release property were studied through spectrophotometry. The experiment indicated that ClO2 and H2O united in the cavity of β-CD to form crystal The ratio of core to wall and ClO2 toβ-CD and dry temperature are the main influent factors of extended release property.
