4-羧基苯氧乙酸镍配合物[Ni(p-CPOAH)2·(H2O)4]的合成与晶体结构
Synthesis, crystal structure of complex[Ni(p-CPOAH)2 · (H2O)4] with 4-carboxyphenoxyacetate ligand
【摘要】 合成了一个新的配合物[Ni(p-CPOAH2)·(H2O)4](p-CPOAH-=4-羧基苯氧乙酸根),并对其进行了元素分析和单晶X射线的表征。结果表明:配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P1,晶胞参数为a=0.490 53(10)nm,b=0.56878(11)nm,c=1.8447(4)nm,α=93.88(3)°,β=91.86(3)°,γ=95.69(3)°,V=0.51057(18)nm3,Z=1,Mr=521.07,Dc=1.695g·cm-3,μ=1.027mm-1,F(000)=270,最终R=0.0360,wR=0.0912。两个配体的氧乙酸上的羧基氧原子和四个配位水分子与镍原子配位,Ni(Ⅱ)原子为六配位八面体构型,且由分子间氢键形成了三维超分子氢键网络结构。
【Abstract】 A novel complex of [Ni(p-CPOAH)2·(H2O)4] (p - CPOAH-= 4-carboxylphenoxyacetate) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex belongs to triclinic system with space group, a = 0.49053(10)nm, b =0.56878(11)nm, c=1.8447 (4)nm, α=93.88(3)°, β= 91.86(3)°,γ= 95.69(3)°, V=0.51057(18)nm3, Z=l, Mr = 521.07, Dc= 1.695 g·cm-3,μ=1.027mm-1, F(000)=270, R=0.0360, wR= 0.0912. Two oxoaxetate oxygen atoms of different p-CPOAH- ligands and four water molecules are coordinated to nickel atom. The nickel atom displays an octahedral coordination sphere. The supramolecular hydrogen bonding network structure is formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
