【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿 (EMT)的临床效果及可行性。方法 :应用腹腔镜手术对 43例子宫内膜异位囊肿进行囊肿剥离 ,术后随访 ,观察疗效。结果 :43例患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术 ,随诊 3 3例 ,症状消失 2 8例 ,症状减轻 4例 ,复发 1例。结论 :应用腹腔镜手术治疗EMT安全有效 ,术后应配合药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss clinical effect and feasibility of EMT by laparoscopic operation. Methods:43 cases of EMT are treated by laparoscopical Cystectom, which were followed and observed.Results:43 cases are tatally succeeded by laparoscope, followed 33 cases, in which symptom of 28 cases disappeared and 4 cases better and 1 case recured. Conclusion:Laparoscopic cystectom is safe and feasible to treat EMT. It should apply theropy during postoperation.更多还原
