【摘要】 目的 :探讨前循环动脉瘤的手术时机 ,手术方法。方法 :对 72例破裂动脉瘤的手术病例进行回顾性分析 ,包括动脉瘤的分级 ,手术时机的选择 ,经翼点入路手术中动脉瘤处理技术等。结果 :随访二年术后痊愈 5 7例 ,遗有偏瘫、失语、精神症状等功能障碍 5例。术后昏迷 2例 ,死亡 7例 ,术后再出血 2例。结论 :对破裂颅内动脉瘤早期采取显微手术与综合治疗措施能有效的改善患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to discuss the time and technique of pterional approach for the microsurgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:a retrospective analysis of 72 aneurysms undergoing microurgical treatment of pterional approach.Results:followed-up 2 years, at the time of hospital discharge, satisfactory early recovery was found in 57 cases, wild or severe disbility in 5 cases, coma in 2 cases, dead in 7 cases, rebleeding in 2 cases.Conclusion:the technique of pterional approach for the microsurgical treatment early may improve the outcome of aneurysms.更多还原
