【摘要】 目的 :探讨糖皮质激素联合中药治疗Vos -koyanagi-Harda(VKH)病的临床疗效。方法 :选择2 8例 ( 5 6眼 )初发性VKH病患者随机分为A、B两组 ,A组应用糖皮质激素治疗 ,B组在常规应用激素的同时 ,口服中药 ,观察两组患者治疗前后的视力变化情况。结果 :A组 15例 ( 3 0眼 )患者经糖皮质激素治疗后 :40 %视力≥ 0 .5 ;2 0 %视力≥ 0 .8。B组 13例 ( 2 6眼 )患者经糖皮质激素联合中药治疗后 :69.2 %视力≥ 0 .5 ,3 3 .8%;视力≥ 0 .8。结论 :糖皮质激素联合中药治疗初发性VKH病可取得良好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of gucocorticoid combining traditional Chinese medicine herbs on the treatment of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada desease.Methods:28 patients (56 eyes) with first attack of VKH desease were divided into two groups. The patients in A group were treated with glucocorticoid. the patients in B group were treated with glucocorticoid combining traditional Chinese medicine herbs. The change of visual acuity were compare between the two groups after the treatments. Results: Visual acuity≥0.5 and ≥0.8 were found to be 40% and 20% in 15 patients (30 eyes) in the A group after treatment of glucocorticoid. Visual acuity≥0.5 and ≥0.8 were found to be 69.2% and 53.8% in 13 patients (26 eyes) in the B group after treatment of glucocorticoid combining traditional Chinese medicine herbs.Conclusion: Glucocorticoid combining traditional Chinese medicine herbs have good therapeutic effects for the patients with first attack of VKH desease.更多还原
