【摘要】 目的 :为了使重度色素牙在不破坏牙齿的前提下得到自然的美化。方法 :将重度色素牙先经过 11%或 16%的过氧化脲漂白 ,再行光敏固化贴面。结果 :达到了颜色均匀、理想 ,外形逼真 ,光泽度好的牙齿自然美容效果。随访 6个月一 2年 ,效果满意。结论 :将牙齿漂白技术及光敏固化联合应用修复重度色素牙既经济、实用 ,对牙齿损伤最小又可达到理想的美观效果 ,易于推广使用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to hairdressing and repair the high pigment teeth without destroying them.Methods: the high pigment teeth were bleached by 11%～15% carbamide peroxide, then apply to light curing microglass composite.Results: followed-up 6 months to 2 years, the clinical effect is satisfactory.Conclusion: This method is proved to be effective, practical for the treatment of high pigment teeth. It was less destroyed to teech, is worth extending and using.更多还原
