【Abstract】 Inmarsat D+ offers higher technique and higher reliability global two-way short message communication service.The Inmarsat D+ technique and researched some technical issues about the design of Inmarsat D+ based vehicle monitor and control system was analyzed. This paper focused on the main system design idea and the feasibility of correlative technique.
