【摘要】 为了解决空气压缩机气缸的密封性问题 ,进行了试验研究。在某型四缸无油摆式空气压缩机的四个气缸内 ,分别安装四种不同材质的密封石墨条 ,相同条件下 ,进行满负载运行 3 0小时 ,分析各密封石墨条的受磨损情况。通过试验前后磨损量数据的比较 ,找到一种既满足密封特性又耐磨损的空气压缩机气缸石墨密封材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this research to resolve air cylinder seal problem of air compressor.In the four air cylinders.Air compressor,four graphite seals of different materials was installed.In the same test condition.The air compressor run for 30 hours in fully load and the wear and tear of each seals were analysed.By comparision of experimenl rusults,we found out a kind of material which had better sealing character and wear ability for air comprseeor.更多还原
