【Abstract】 As for the rapid development of real estate industry, government of all levels and developing merchants are gradually paying more and more attention to the development of intelligentized community to meet the demand of 21st century’s living standard. This paper gives a method which provides fire alarm、home guard、gas leakage detection、urgent appeal alarm and automatic data acquisition of water、gas and electric meters,also remote control of home electric equipments.
